Red's Tavern isn't a concept. It's a continuation — of recipes passed down through families, of a building that has stood on North Washington Street since before the town had a name, of a philosophy that good food and good company don't need fancy包装 to be extraordinary.

We source from local farms when we can, bake our breads in-house every morning, and treat every guest the way we'd treat a neighbor — because in a town this size, everyone is a neighbor.
